Backup Maintenance Person

Job Posting: Maintenance Person A McDonald’s Maintenance person is a critical part of our team. They are required to do the same things a crew member is responsible for throughout the restaurant. You will need to greet customers cheerfully, Filter fryers, clean grills, change air filters on the roof, clean and organize both stock room and walk-in freezer\ cooler, Throughout your shift, you will assist with keeping the restaurant clean both inside and outside DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Greeting customers with a smile Continually monitor Restaurant Cleanliness Ensuring items are well stocked Ability to Train and mentor new crew members Communicate clearly and effectively Lead by example QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to Read and Write Possess Basic Computer Knowledge Have a positive attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Work as a member of a team Manage Time effectively PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 30 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
