Job Title: Email Developer (Braze / Lifecycle Marketing Automation)Location: Remote (LATAM Preferred)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTContract Type: Independent ContractorCompensation: $2,500 – $4,000 USD/monthAbout the RoleWe are hiring an Email Developer with deep expertise in Braze and lifecycle marketing automation to build and scale high-performing CRM campaigns.This is a hands-on technical role focused on developing dynamic, personalized email experiences using HTML, CSS, and Liquid scripting, not a design or content role.You will own the execution, optimization, and scalability of lifecycle campaigns, ensuring fast deployment, strong personalization, and reliable performance across devices and platforms.What You’ll OwnEmail development and deployment within BrazeDynamic content and personalization using Liquid scriptingTemplate systems, modular components, and scalabilityEmail performance optimization and testingQA, rendering, and cross-device compatibilityKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and BrazeDevelop dynamic, personalized content using Liquid scriptingOptimize email templates for performance, scalability, and speedCollaborate with marketing and design teams to translate concepts into functional campaignsTroubleshoot rendering issues and ensure cross-platform compatibilityExecute testing and iteration to improve campaign performanceLeverage advanced Braze capabilities for automation and personalizationMaintain and evolve reusable email components and systemsRequired Experience & Skills5+ years of experience in email development, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automationStrong hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESP at an advanced level)Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive email developmentStrong experience with Liquid scripting and dynamic contentAbility to execute campaigns independently with speed and accuracyDeep understanding of email QA, rendering, and cross-client compatibilityExperience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environmentsNice to HaveExperience with other ESPs (Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimizationExposure to analytics and performance tracking toolsUnderstanding of customer lifecycle strategy and segmentation
