Job Description: Line Cook / Pizza Maker About OMNI OMNI Brewing Company was founded in 2015 as Maple Grove's first and only brewery and taproom out of a passion for the taproom experience. In December of 2022, we opened our second location in Rosemount, OMNI Winery and Taproom. OMNI is committed to creating well-crafted experiences that create opportunities for all sorts of people to connect. About the Role OMNI is looking for part time Line Cooks to join our team. This position will report to our Operations Manager and will help in our new Stone Oven Pizza trailer. We are hiring for part-time positions comprised of prep, cooking and cleanup. Applicants must have weekend availability. Responsibilities of Line Cook Prepping ingredients and cooking food for daily service Dough prep and management Communicating with and partnering with other line cooks End of day cleaning tasks Executing other food trailer tasks of cleaning, stocking inventory and organizing work space Qualifications for Line Cook Culinary and food prep experience Working as a team within a kitchen environment Friendly, personable and customer focused Attention to detail and hard worker Passionate about providing elite hospitality to customers Respectful team player that is self motivated Ability to work flexible hours including night and weekend shifts Compensation and Benefits · Hourly wage based on experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid training Work Location: In person
