This position will also assist in project management support, help desk support, resolve end-user hardware, software programs, phone systems, and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required.Essential Job FunctionsFocus on Purpose: Focused on the credit union's purpose of creating financial wellness in our community through everyday banking.Network and Security MonitoringMonitor the credit union's IT network and security systems to ensure minimum disruption to service levels.
