Job Responsibilities Administer assessments and write clear and relevant goals for client development. Supervise, motivate, and train staff. Provide consultation to parents, guardians, IEP team, and behavior technicians. Respond to communications regarding client or company related issues. Client progress reports with recommendations for future goals.
