React Native | Tailwind CSS | .NET 8 | Azure | AI (Claude & Copilot)10+ years building modern mobile apps on Azure infrastructureAbout the RoleWe're looking for a senior engineer to design, build, and ship modern cross-platform applications across mobile and web. You'll own features end-to-end — from React Native mobile clients and Tailwind-styled web interfaces down to .NET 8 services running on Azure. This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent 10+ years building production apps at scale and knows how to leverage AI tooling (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to move fast without sacrificing quality.What You'll Do•   Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps in React Native and responsive web front-ends styled with Tailwind CSS, from a shared architecture where practical.•   Design and implement backend services and APIs in .NET 8 (C#), deployed on Azure.•   Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure infrastructure — App Services, Functions, Container Apps, storage, networking, and CI/CD.•   Integrate AI capabilities into products and workflows, and use AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot) to accelerate development, review, and testing.•   Own the full delivery lifecycle: architecture, implementation, code review, deployment, and production monitoring.•   Set technical direction and mentor other engineers on modern mobile and cloud practices.What You Bring•   10+ years building modern mobile and web applications, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.•   Deep expertise in React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.•   Strong Tailwind CSS and responsive front-end design skills.•   Production experience with .NET 8 / C# backend development.•   Hands-on Azure experience deploying and operating apps on cloud infrastructure.•   Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) and sound judgment on where they add value.•   Solid grasp of CI/CD, testing, performance, and security fundamentals.Nice to Have•   Experience with voice, multilingual, or AI-native product features.•   Familiarity with app store / Play Store release processes and PWA distribution.•   Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Developer Associate).
