Data Warehouse Architect

Responsibilities Act in support of the VDH Data Management Team to ingest, clean, and process clinical data. Design conceptual and logical frameworks required to support the idea of a "clinical data domain". Devise and implement a plan to merge data into a cohesive, longitudinal data framework regardless of origin. Coordinate data extracts / exports with the origin source data systems. Define and implement data cleansing / processing routines. Qualifications Data Processing – 5+ years of experience (required). Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) – 3+ years of experience (required). Google BigQuery – 2+ years of experience (highly desired). Python – 5+ years of experience (highly desired).
