We’re looking for a high-impact SAP leader to drive a Service Management Order-to-Cash (OTC) transformation — this is not a traditional SD role. If you’ve worked at the intersection of Field Service, Spare Parts, and Billing , this is your opportunity to shape a next-gen service ecosystem. What You’ll Drive End-to-end Service Order-to-Cash lifecycle Service processes including: Service Orders & Contracts Warranty & Installed Base Spare Parts & Logistics Service Pricing & Billing What We’re Looking For 12+ years in SAP with strong OTC / SD foundation Hands-on expert experience in Service Management (SM - S4 HANA) Exposure to Legacy or Field Service integrations Strong understanding of Service Revenue Flow (Parts + Labor + Billing)
