Shop Supervisor – Industrial Repair (1st Shift)

Sterling Engineering is hiring a Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations within a well-established industrial repair and motor refurbishment environment.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be working directly with technicians on the shop floor—coaching the team, driving production, and improving processes.
