This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading HR systems and contribute to a vibrant workplace culture.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist HR personnel in administering payroll, benefits, and HR policies.Use decision-making skills within the scope of responsibility.Act as a liaison for site payroll and benefits, working with third-party administrators and corporate departments.Perform data entry and generate compliance reports in HRIS (Workday).Maintain the time-keeping system (Kronos) and support bi-weekly payroll submissions.Prepare and maintain personnel, medical, and I-9 files.Support employee engagement initiatives and site events.Maintain communication boards and recognition programs.Perform other related duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, payroll, and administration.Strong customer service skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS software.Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills.Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.PreferencesExperience within the manufacturing industry.Familiarity with the Kronos time-keeping system.Ready to take the next step in your HR career?
