Since 1999, we have grown from a few people to more than 4000 team members across the globe that are engaged in various Digital Modernization.Take P&L responsibility for a portfolio of F500 clients,Complete ownership of strategic planning, roadmap for growing the accounts.Initial account analysis following by quarterly growth targets.Take ownership to grow revenue at existing key accounts and mine new accounts and customers.Take ownership on key metrics such as Project Profitability and Revenue growth.Bottom line accountability for Governance and Customer Satisfaction in Project interactions.Maintain the customer satisfaction score on an average of 4.0 & above (out of 5).Manage the portfolio and guide the delivery team to ensure successful execution for the respective account.Initiate and delivery of projects in conjunction with dedicated DMs or shared DMs.Interact with Pre-Sales, Solution Managers, Delivery Managers and Technical Architects to get the work done.Fair evaluation of the team and eliminating constraints towards successful project execution.Job Info Job Identification 22621Job Category Account ManagementDegree Level Bachelor's DegreeJob Schedule Full timeJob Shift DayLocations United States
