We are a stable, privately owned company where employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.Position SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve our AS9100 Quality Management System while supporting our company's next phase of growth.This is a long-term leadership position for someone who enjoys working in a small-company environment where decisions are made quickly, contributions are recognized, and quality is everyone's responsibility.The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership, production personnel, customers, and auditors to maintain compliance, strengthen our quality systems, and help lead our NADCAP accreditation efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS)Lead NADCAP (AC7108) preparation, audit readiness, and compliance activitiesServe as the primary quality contact for customers, auditors, and certification bodiesManage nonconforming material, MRB, CAPA, and root cause investigationsConduct internal audits and coordinate external auditsMonitor quality metrics and prepare Management Review reportsEnsure compliance with customer specifications, aerospace requirements, and internal proceduresWork closely with production to improve quality, efficiency, and process consistencyDevelop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructionsSupport employee training and promote continuous improvement throughout the organizationQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing qualityExperience managing or maintaining an AS9100 Quality Management SystemStrong understanding of internal and external audit processesExperience with CAPA, root cause analysis, risk management, and continuous improvementExcellent communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyPreferred QualificationsThe following experience is preferred but not required:NADCAP Chemical Processing experienceAS9100 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certificationCQE (Certified Quality Engineer), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing trainingExperience with metal finishing, plating, special processes, or aerospace manufacturingBilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $70,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experienceMedical and Dental InsurancePaid Holidays (after 90-days)Paid Vacation (after 1 year) Paid Sick Leave (after 90-days) Stable, full-time employmentOpportunity for professional growth and increased responsibilityWork EnvironmentThis position combines office responsibilities with regular interaction on the production floor and laboratory.
