We have a full line of proprietary roofing products we have manufactured, distributed, and installed extensively over the last two decades with great success.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans:Achieve company goals and increase market share.Create and execute marketing campaigns:Utilize various channels, including digital, brochures, presentations, and advertisements, and social media.Build and maintain relationships:Engage with customers, industry partners, real estate, and professional groups.Conduct market research:Identify New Opportunities And Trends.Coordinate And Attend Industry EventsPromote Cornett Roofing Systems with opportunities to travel.Lead and manage the sales teams:Set targets, build and provide training programs, run sales meetings, and monitor performance.Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics:Prepare regular reports for senior management and VP of Sales.Develop the new sales team:Onboard, teach, and instill confidence in new sales representatives with a path to success.Answer roofing-related questions:Provide expert advice to clients and salespeople. We are selling a high-quality product and installation.The ideal candidate should possess:ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.Track Record:Proven success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.Leadership:Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.CommunicationExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
