Currently, we are looking for a full time Patient Care Coordinator for our 3270 Liberty Rd S location in Salem.Start date will be in July 2026Schedule needed: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pmEssential Position DutiesGreeting warmly and maintain a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators, and any external connections.Clearly communicates with all staff, including clinical and corporate employees, in a friendly and courteous mannerResponsible for answering phones and greeting patients with the utmost professionalism and care.Works closely with Billing Department, Physical Therapists and Aide staff to assure smooth patient flowMaintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidentialParticipates in and adheres to, as required, the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partner GroupReviews Copay collection reports and helps identify accounts that may need to be reviewedAudits Journeys/Dashboard to ensure they are being worked on in a timely manner Audits Payer Direct Portal to ensure notes are being uploaded/AUTH’s pulledChecks FOC Chats to ensure messages are being responded to and worked onChart audit day/s in advance to ensure we have charts with documents and AUTH’s as requiredMinimum Position RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a +PlusPossess strong customer service skillsAbility to maintain confidential documentsMust be organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to communicate complex information in a well thought-out, easily understood manner, both orally and in writing in a variety of settings and stylesAbility to communicate in an honest, direct, and professional manner, relating well to others to build rapport and effective relationships.An ability to demonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questions, identify and share relevant information and solicit feedback from others, and give and receive feedback objectively.Must be able to identify and problem solvePossess dedicated team player attributesAbility to multi-task responsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere with the patients nearbyEducation And ExperienceEducation: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: Data Entry, System Dashboard and or Worklist Completion Projects a plusPhysical Requirements And Working ConditionsRequires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other equipment. Requires a normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and present reports.
