Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School Mathematics Teacher at Neuse Christian Academy, located in Wake Forest, NC. The teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons in mathematics, including algebra, to high school students. Duties include lesson planning, assessing student progress, managing classrooms effectively, and fostering a positive learning environment. Collaboration with other teachers, communication with parents, and active participation in school community activities are also integral to this role. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Mathematics, including Algebra, and proficiency in teaching high school-level contentAbility to create and implement effective Lesson Plans that engage students and support learning objectivesExperience working with Middle School or High School students is preferredExcellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleaguesBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification is preferredCommitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all studentsPassion for mentoring and inspiring students in their academic and personal growth
