SMT Process Engineer

This role focuses on SMT process optimization, new product introduction (NPI), and supporting product launches from prototype through production.MUST HAVES:5+ years of experience with HANDS ON SMT manufacturing5+ years of experience with NPI Engineering from cradle to grave, and DFMExperience in the automotive industryExperience programming SMT lines from scratch using BOMs for NPI/prototype runsExperience programming pick and place machinesBS in EngineeringNICE TO HAVES:10+ years of SMT manufacturing experience - SME Subject Matter ExpertExperience with automotive lighting and technology PCB manufacturingExperience with:Juki RS-1 Pick & PlaceGKG Titan Solder PasteOmron SPI / AOI (CKDBP5200L-V & S730)JTRS-1000 II Reflow, Keysight I3070 Series 5i-Experience with high volume low mix-Experience with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, supporting customer/third-party audits
