This is a high-impact role supporting a complex, multi-entity environment with exposure to development, operating, and corporate-level accounting.What You’ll Be DoingSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closePrepare and review journal entries and account reconciliationsMaintain and manage general ledger activity across multiple entitiesPerform intercompany accounting and reconciliationsAssist with financial reporting and internal management reportingSupport entity-level analysis across development and operating structuresContribute to process improvements and system enhancementsAssist with schedules supporting tax and compliance reportingWhat They’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field3–5 years of accounting experienceStrong grasp of core accounting fundamentals and GAAPExperience with month-end close and financial reportingExposure to multi-entity or intercompany environments strongly preferredExperience with ERP systems (Workday, Yardi, NetSuite, etc.) is a plusStrong analytical mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
