Working under minimal supervision, this role develops system solutions, recommends improvements to existing IT systems and processes, and supports overall system effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Identify and analyse business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define project scope and objectivesRecommend solutions or improvements to business processes through new technology or enhanced use of existing systemsTranslate business requirements into application requirements and collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementationEngage client teams to explain moderately complex initiatives clearly and address concerns or hesitationsEstimate costs for system solutions and prepare project plans to support prioritization and IT resource allocation decisionsPrepare and maintain technical documentation for system users and for ongoing operation, maintenance, and developmentCoach and review the work of lower-level professionalsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering background preferred)10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
