Technical Program Manager/TrainerRemote (offices in Costa Mesa, CA, San Jose, CA, or Allen, TX)6-12+ month contractThis position will be responsible for training entry-level employees on Experian's software development processes and proceduresNeed experience working with product teams either as product owner or scrum masterNeed prior experience as a software engineerNeed experience interacting with senior managementExperience in training is preferredExcellent communication skillsDetailed oriented, follow-ups, understands the people, processNeed self-starter – work with minimum guidance, ability to take initiativeAbility to handle ambiguity, cross-functional groupsRequired skills: technical project manager with a sound understanding of the full SDLC and the ability to train new hires for best practices when working with the PMO, and dev teams. This resource will be training new grads/entry level on software dev procedures and working along side an enterprise PMO team. Must have the following:Project/program management (scrum could work too)Prior software dev experience, may have been a developer earlier in their careerSoftware dev training experience (this is third, it's ok if they don't have as long as they have some training/coaching/mentoring experience)For software dev experience, we're probably looking for open-source development. Candidate doesn't have to be too senior, more so just need someone with a good personality who can be a good trainerGreat communication skills will be very very importantBasic qualification: additional skills: background check: yes, drug screen: yes, notes: some rate flex for a good candidate
