A company is looking for an In-House Litigation Attorney (Engagement) to handle various commercial matters and manage outside counsel. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee complex commercial litigation matters in State and Federal Court Coordinate and manage outside counsel and implement risk management best practices Develop strategies to resolve litigation matters efficiently and cost-effectively Required Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in complex commercial litigation in Texas Experience with trial procedures and discovery processes Prior experience at a top-tier law firm and in-house litigation Active license to practice law in Texas Availability for approximately 20 hours per week in a remote setting
