Maintains office organization, supports daily operations, and ensures company equipment and technology are functioning properly. Keeps an inventory of office supplies and orders materials as needed to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace for employees and visitors.Essential job functions:Support inventory counts and ordering for the Production Team and for office suppliesReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mailSupport Fleet Management (DMV, Samsara, Safety etc)Support safety process/equipment for the facilitiesOrganize and maintain files, invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and other recordsScan and file documents accurately and efficientlyGreet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerPerform supply runs to purchase or pick up office materials and business-related items as neededAnswer incoming calls and respond to voicemails and emails promptlyProvide basic IT support, including:Setting up company phones and equipment for new hireTroubleshooting routine IT issuesMaintaining and fixing printers and other office equipmentAssist with managing and maintaining office technology and infrastructureResearch and assist with various operational projectsSupport the culture of the company through the coordination and execution of corporate events and holiday parties, and acknowledgement of employee anniversaries/birthdays.Perform related duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; one year of office administration or related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBasic technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common IT and equipment issuesAbility to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer serviceStrong attention to detail with a focus on efficiencyExcellent decision-making skills with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes and maintain systemsEffective interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical Requirements:Occasionally required to stand and walkFrequently required to sitOccasionally work near moving mechanical partsWhile performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate loudThe employee must frequently lift and/or move more than 10 poundsJ-18808-Ljbffr
