Towing Operations Specialist

```Duties``` - Respond to service calls to provide roadside assistance and towing services - Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles to designated locations - Perform minor repairs and maintenance on vehicles as needed - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and addressing any concerns - Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork ```Qualifications``` - Valid class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record - Proficient in operating vehicles with manual transmissions - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts - Familiarity with tow truck operations and equipment - Ability to load, unload, and safely transport vehicles of various sizes and weights Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
