Building and Program Support

Family First Community Center is looking to add a few part-time Building & Program Support Team Members to our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, care about community impact, and want to help create a safe and welcoming environment for youth, families, and visitors.Success in this position looks like someone who is dependable, proactive, team-oriented, and able to positively engage with community members while supporting the daily operations of the center. This role plays an important part in helping FFCC provide high-quality programs, events, and experiences for the community.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations throughout the community centerAssist with programs, events, and community activitiesProvide welcoming and professional customer serviceHelp monitor and maintain community spacesSupport front desk, administrative, and scheduling tasksBuild positive relationships with youth, families, staff, and community partnersMaintain a safe, clean, and organized environmentAssist with attendance tracking and general program supportQualificationsMust be 18 years or olderStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentCustomer service or community engagement experience preferredAdministrative or event support experience preferredCPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Passion for serving the community and creating positive experiences for othersIf you or someone you know may be a good fit, we encourage you to apply.
