Scheduling Analyst

Job Title: Program / Project Analyst Locations: Ventura, CA 93004 – OnsiteDuration 6 months PR: $25/hr - $32/hr on W2.Required: some traveling to other service centres; Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, Valencia.Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation.Communicating with customers and stakeholders.Monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog.Ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.Required Skills/Attributes Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.Proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.Desired Skills/Attributes Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
