Oklahoma Licensed Program Development Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of inpatient quality improvement initiatives for the GWTG-Stroke program Guide QI staff in the adoption and execution of evidence-based inpatient guidelines Collaborate with external societies and leaders for strategic alignment and program development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care or clinical quality improvement Experience in hospital operations, QI nursing, registry operations, or systems of care Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows related to stroke care Experience designing and implementing quality improvement registries
