Maintains required documentation and professional relationships with patients, families and staff. Adheres to MMC/department policies and procedures and JCAHO/regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times.Responsibilities:Administer Occupational Therapy treatments per MD referral and in accordance with NYS practice actPerform comprehensive evaluationsDevelop appropriate treatment plans with realistic, functional goalsObserves patients' response to treatment physically and psychologically and adjusts the treatment plan accordinglyEvaluation and treatment of patients in outpatient rehab and inpatient rehabDocumentation in EMR (EPIC)Requirements:BS or MS degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited OT programCurrent NYS licenseBLS RequiredInpatient and outpatient rehab experience preferred but not requiredSalary RangeUSD $66.78 - USD $66.78 /Hr.The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.At Catholic Health, we believe in a people-first approach.
