Job Description Job Summary: Operator IThis is an entry-level precision assembly role focused on medical catheters, pacemakers, and defibrillators . You will work in a highly regulated cleanroom environment, performing delicate manual tasks under a microscope.Logistics & ScheduleLocation: Irvine, CA ( 100% On-site )Shift: 1st Shift and 2nd ShiftMust-Have Qualifications & Physical RequirementsTechnical Skill: Ability to handle and maneuver tiny components under a microscope .Manual Dexterity: Able to perform repetitive tasks (grabbing, pinching, pulling, twisting).Stamina: Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.Communication: Must read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal English instructions.Compliance: Ability to maintain accurate, traceable documentation (FDA standards).Key ResponsibilitiesPrecision Assembly: Build, repair, and test medical catheters and leads.Technical Tasks: Hand soldering and using specialized tools under magnification.Quality Control: Follow standardized procedures (SOPs) under close supervision.Environment: Work within a Manufacturing Cell inside a sterile cleanroom.Strict Dress Code (Interview Tour & On-the-Job)Because this is a sterile environment, the dress code is extremely specific :Fabrics: Non-shedding only (no fleece, sweaters, or frayed edges). No glitter, sequins, or tassels.Coverage: Torsos, upper arms, and legs must be fully covered (no shorts, sleeveless tops, or ankle-length pants/skirts without leggings).Shoes: Closed-toe and closed-heel only. Socks/stockings required. Heels must be under 2 inches.Grooming: No makeup , nail polish, or artificial nails.
