You will be responsible for evaluating and treating, managing acute health problems using evidence-based protocols, and creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician. The position promises a wide range of challenges and opportunities, with the chance to significantly contribute to health and safety.Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicalsManage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physician's protocolsProvide health screenings and other disease prevention programsEvaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illnessReport and review cases with the medical director and client managersOversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staffProvide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates.Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocolProvide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacyOrder and analyze diagnostic testsMonitors the effectiveness of interventionsCollaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referralsEnter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptlyAssist in all areas of the clinic, if neededPerform related duties as requiredRequired Skills/KnowledgeComfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary teamA passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One's goal of patient-first healthcareA self-starter, energized by dynamic operations and a willingness to tackle a wide range of challengesThe desire and ability to lead with compassion.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to effectively communicate both orally and in writingAbility to follow written step-by-step instructionsAbility to concentrate, think, and learnAbility to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.Qualifications/ExperienceBoard Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license, 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required.DEA license preferredBLS Certified
