This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvides excellent customer service by anticipating customers needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally./liliEnsures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards./liliCompletes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform./liliDrives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies./li/ulpAdditional Skills: Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Google Suite/ppPreferred Education: High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience/ppPreferred Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years/ppAdditional Requirements: Travel between communities may be required daily. Valid California drivers license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
