$75-$110,000+ DOEExecutive Legal AssistantCurrent Law Firm Experience A MustNew York, New YorkPrestigious global litigation firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high-profile Co-Managing Partner and nationally recognized trial attorney in its New York office.This is a highly visible, fast-paced role supporting one of the firm’s senior leaders who maintains an extremely active litigation practice while also overseeing firm management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a demanding environment where discretion, responsiveness, and organization are absolutely critical.This position requires a true right-hand Executive Assistant who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate independently with professionalism and sound judgment.Responsibilities Include:Heavy executive calendar management across multiple time zones and global travel schedulesCoordinating complex meetings, internal leadership calls, client meetings, trial schedules, and business development eventsManaging extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and last-minute changesServing as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external communicationsMonitoring and managing high-volume email traffic and urgent communications while executive is traveling or out of officePreparing, editing, proofreading, and formatting correspondence, presentations, legal and business documentsCoordinating billing matters, invoices, expense reports, and attorney time entryAssisting with preparation of engagement letters and client-related administrative documentationMaintaining confidential and highly sensitive information with absolute discretionLiaising regularly with firm leadership, attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and senior administrative personnelWorking closely with executive support staff supporting other senior firm leadership to ensure seamless coordinationHandling occasional personal administrative tasks and executive support responsibilitiesAnticipating issues before they arise and proactively creating solutions in a high-pressure environmentQualifications:Prior Executive Assistant experience supporting senior law firm leadership, managing partners, high-level litigators, within a law firm environment is requiredExceptional organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage constantly shifting demands with professionalism and composureHigh level of responsiveness and flexibility, including occasional after-hours availability when executive is travelingStrong administrative and project coordination abilitiesExperience with billing, attorney time entry, expense management, and legal administrative proceduresAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook calendaring, and legal administrative systemsProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and executive presenceIdeal Candidate:The successful candidate will be a polished, resourceful, and highly organized professional Executive Legal Assistant who enjoys being the trusted right hand to an extremely busy executive.
