With our collaboration with Dynamic Minds Academy, we offer a unique hybrid model that combines evidence-based therapies with educational services, ensuring continuity of care and positive, lasting outcomes for our clients.Key Responsibilities Individualized Care : Evaluate and design tailored treatment plans and IEP goals. Evidence-Based Practice : Deliver interventions targeting motor deficits, self-regulation challenges, and daily life skills. Collaborative Teamwork : Train and support clinicians and educational staff, and actively participate in the Case Conference Committee. Leadership : Guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring excellence in patient care. Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous client records, track progress, and update treatment plans. Billing and Documentation : Efficiently handle weekly billing processes. Team Communication : Work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to provide cohesive client support.Qualifications Licensure : Must possess and maintain an Indiana Occupational Therapy license. Experience : Preferably two years, with a focus on ASD in ages 5-21. Experience with other developmental disorders also valued. Education : A Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field. Background Check : Must clear an Indiana Criminal background check.
