The ideal candidate will work above delivery teams, provide architectural direction, validate implementation quality, and engage with senior business/technology stakeholders.Key Focus Areas·        Blue Yonder ESP·        Demand Planning·        Supply Planning·        Inventory Planning·        ATP / CTP·        Enterprise Architecture Oversight·        ERP / Integration StrategyResponsibilities·        Lead solution architecture across planning workstreams·        Review and validate implementation partner deliverables·        Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices·        Guide end-to-end design, module interaction, and data/integration flow·        Support architecture decisions, trade-offs, and risk mitigation·        Present recommendations and solution direction to leadership·        Ensure the platform is scalable, aligned, and future-readyRequired Experience·        Strong expertise in Blue Yonder ESP·        Deep experience across:·        Demand Planning·        Supply Planning·        Inventory Planning·        ATP / CTP·        Proven background in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Design·        Experience in large-scale manufacturing / high-tech environments·        Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred·        Experience with ERP integrations (such as SAP S/4)·        Exposure to enterprise transformation programs·        Ability to challenge solution direction and drive architecture decisions independently
