Line Cook

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the culinary field and a passion for food preparation. While the menu is simple, the food is mostly made from scratch and the pace is quick. That means this position requires someone with a history of prep and line skills. All positions here are equal in pay and responsibility. Our current staff has a history in full service restaurants, often in leadership roles, and the right candidate will be able to meet them on equal footing. We've spent a long time developing a work atmosphere that stays positive and fun even when were in the weeds. A system of cooperation that requires people to ask for help before they get flustered. We do a lot of work for three or four people a day, but we have a good time doing it and we make good wages. If you love the kitchen life but are sick of late hours, mediocre pay, and pointless hierarchy this is the perfect position.
