eDiscovery Project ManagerRemoteAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects across the full lifecycle. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.What You’ll DoManage eDiscovery projects across the entire EDRM lifecycle (collection through production)Coordinate with legal teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless executionDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesOversee data processing, document review workflows, and final productionsIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality control and complianceAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and issue resolutionEnsure adherence to legal requirements, data governance, and best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience managing eDiscovery or litigation support projectsStrong understanding of eDiscovery workflows and legal processes (EDRM)Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams and external vendorsExperience with eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw)Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standardsPMP or relevant project management certification
