Work hours are based on business needs and may vary. Extended hours and weekend work may be required to meet operational demands.Essential Job Functions Install and remove insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas as needed, following building codes and safety standardsPrepare job sites using drop cloths, moving furniture or obstructions and prepare surface areas using floor protectorsOperate company vehicle following all safety standards and applicable lawsSupport and remove ductwork properly, ensuring it is secured and compliant with regulationsComplete weekly vehicle inspection reportProperly use safety equipment daily, to include but not limited to, gloves, back brace, lifting harness, safety glasses and continual observation of surroundings and team membersLoad and unload materials from trucks, ensuring that vehicles are stocked with necessary supplies and kept clean and organizedAbility to work staggered schedule, if requiredClean truck and job siteMaintain professional appearance and attitude at all timesAbility to work in confined spaces, such as under floor crawl spaces and atticsAbility to work on a roof, as neededInstall vent screens, baffles, dams, and extended fan ventingUse mobile devices or software to track job progress, log materials used, and communicate with supervisorsOther duties as assignedTravel Travel may be required for training, events, and job site supportEducation and Experience Must pass drug and background screensValid driver's license and insurable through the company insurance carrierHigh school diploma or GEDAble to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writingAbility to work with tools used in the job in a safe mannerAbility to accurately read a tape measure down to the 1⁄8"Able to lift up to 50lbsCompetenciesThis position requires: Basic vehicle operation/useAbility to walk, climb, balance, kneel, crawl and use stairsAbility to hear, talk clearly and seeAbility to work in attics, basements, crawl spaces and other tight, uncomfortable spacesAbility and willingness to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditionsAbility to work on ladders, stilts, lifts and scaffolding for extended periods of timeAbility to use hand tools, power tools, spray equipment and other equipment as neededBasic Safety Knowledge of tools and surroundings and understanding of how to use common toolsCommon Material and Tool terminologyPulling and Stocking MaterialsUnderstanding of jobsite customer care setup and clean upFor other opportunities please visit our website: Powered by JazzHR
