More information about 3A Composites can be found at http://www.3acompositesusa.com.Purpose of this role: We are seeking an entry-level Staff Accountant to support daily business operations across our Davidson office and Statesville manufacturing facility. This role will assist with administrative, operational, reporting, and plant-support responsibilities while gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, finance, and cross-functional business processes.The position will work closely with leadership in both locations, including direct collaboration with the Plant Manager during onsite days in Statesville.In this position, you will…Work onsite with the Plant ManagerSupport plant reporting and operational trackingAssist with inventory, production, and manufacturing-related administrative tasksSupport CAPEX processHelp monitor and communicate plant KPIs and operational metricsParticipate in plant walkthroughs and operational meetingsAssist with month end close processMaintain travel programPrepare recurring reports using Excel, Power BI and SAPAssist with data validation and accuracy checksSupport analysis of operational, inventory, and cost-related informationHelp identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunitiesAssist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasksHelp maintain and organize operational reports and documentationTrack and follow up on finance-related operational issues.Support process improvement initiatives and assist with data collection and reporting efforts that support finance and business operationsCommunicate with multiple departments to support workflow and issue resolutionProvide support for audits, reporting requests, and internal initiativesThe knowledge, skills, and abilities you will bring…Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field)Strong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working in both office and manufacturing environmentsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Internship or prior exposure to manufacturing, operations, or accounting environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAPExperience working with data validation, financial reporting, or process improvement initiatives An eagerness to learn, adapt to new systems, and grow professionally within the organizationA strong work ethic characterized by dependability, professionalism, and the willingness to take initiative on assignmentsAdaptable and comfortable interacting with multiple teamsAnalytical mindset with interest in operations and manufacturing
