Come join our winning team today!About the Role: UPS Industrial Services is seeking a Corporate HSE Administrator to support compliance, safety performance, and operational excellence across nationwide operations. This role manages third-party compliance systems, training records, OSHA logs, and safety audits while providing critical administrative support to the HSE team.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update HSE compliance systems (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, Safety Councils).Track training, certifications, operator qualifications, and renewals.Manage OSHA logs, audits, corrective action tracking, and compliance reporting.Prepare safety metrics, reports, and documentation for regulatory and client reviews.Support field and office operations with HSE policy and procedure administration.Qualifications:High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.3–5 years of experience in HSE administration, compliance, or a related role.Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety platforms (ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to travel up to 35% to field sites as needed.What We Offer:Competitive pay and benefits packageCareer growth in a nationwide industrial services companyA culture built on safety, accountability, and teamworkEqual Opportunity EmployerUPS Industrial Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an inclusive employer.
