Senior AI Architect

Position SummaryROMTech is seeking an experienced Senior AI Architect to design, develop, and implement a companywide AI ecosystem that integrates seamlessly with ROMTech’s existing systems and platforms. This individual will lead the AI Development team, define the overall AI architecture and roadmap, and ensure all AI initiatives meet ROMTech’s standards for security, compliance, scalability, and reliability.This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration, including coordination with IT, Security, Compliance, Product, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Define and own ROMTech’s enterprise AI architecture, strategy, and long-term roadmapDesign and implement scalable AI solutions across the organization, including:Internal AI tools and assistantsExternal customer-facing AI applicationsAI agents and automation workflowsLead and manage the AI Development team, including architects, developers, and contractorsEnsure seamless integration of AI solutions with ROMTech’s existing systems, APIs, and data platformsEstablish AI governance, policies, standards, and best practices across the companyPartner with Security and Compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory, privacy, and security requirements (e.g., HIPAA, data protection standards)Oversee model selection, architecture design, and deployment strategies (LLMs, RAG, agent-based systems)Review and approve AI designs, implementations, and technical decisionsDevelop and recommend AI training content, internal documentation, and enablement materialsStay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where appropriateAct as the executive-level technical advisor on AI initiatives
