Role Description We are seeking a full-time Golf Course General Manager for an on-site position located in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, financial performance, customer engagement, and facility maintenance. Responsibilities also include managing golf course operations, coordinating tournaments and events, supervising maintenance activities such as irrigation and equipment management, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with company standards. The role involves strategic planning and effective communication with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and vendors while maintaining a customer-focused environment.Knowledge and hands-on experience in Golf operations, including the management of golf courses and events.Familiarity with Irrigation systems and Golf Equipment maintenance to oversee course upkeep and ensure premium playing conditions.Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage staff, budgets, and operational priorities.Proficiency in financial planning and problem-solving, with experience in managing resources to meet business goals.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.Experience working in golf or leisure facility management is highly desirable.
