Title: Scientist IIDuration: 24 monthsLocation: Ridgefield CTDuties:Under the manager's supervision, applies or develops molecular biology methods to validate T cell targets according to project needsDesign, execute, and troubleshoot experiments efficientlyAnalyze data and effectively communicate resultsDesire to learn advanced technologies to expand scientific knowledge and technical skillsCollaborate with members to support project advancement and decision makingPrepare and deliver internal scientific presentations and reports as needed; contribute to external publications (posters and journals)Operate and maintain lab equipmentComply with applicable regulations, performing all work in a safe mannerMaintain proper records in accordance with SOPs and policiesSkills:Thorough understanding of scientific concepts and research methodologiesExtensive experience in cellular and molecular biology research, including aseptic cell culture, immune cell isolation, ELISA/MSD/AlphaLISA assays, RT-qPCR, and Western Blot techniquesExperience in multi-color flow cytometry design, execution, and data analysis preferred.Skilled in using computers and data analysis software, such as PrismStrong skills in both oral and written communicationProficient in data analysis, interpretation, troubleshooting, and solving technical problemsWorks effectively as part of a collaborative research teamEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology, Oncology, or a related scientific field. The final title and level will be commensurate with the candidate's years of experience and expertise.
