Job DescriptionAmcor is currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable coworkers to join our production team for the summer of 2026!Positions available across multiple locations in Oshkosh:Converter Films (ACF)Specialty Films (ASF)Healthcare Oshkosh (AHPO)Oshkosh North (ON)Shift: The majority of the positions will be on a 2-2-3 shift schedule working 12-hour shifts. These could be straight shift or rotating.Working the 2-2-3 adds up to be about $1-$2 more per hour of overtime on your paycheck!With this schedule, you work just 3-4 days per week because of the 12 hour shifts… you will have HALF THE SUMMER OFF!Pay: Ranges from $21 - $25/hr depending on the department you are working in. $1.20 night shift premium when working on nights.What Roll Wrappers/Machine Assistants Get To DoWrap, label, and palletize finished slit rolls from all Rewinder lines in accordance with customers’ requestsProperly complete all documentation and paperwork, including but not limited to, job check off sheets, cleaning logs, etc.Operate pallet jack, forklift, and tilt lock in a safe and efficient mannerClean compactor room, empty dumpsters, sweep, other housekeeping duties as assignedLoad pallets with film and put them on a pallet liftLoad film on a stretch wrapper, label and remove wrapped palletAll other duties as assigned by management and supervisorsWhat Extrusion Assistants Get To DoAssist operators will aid in all aspects of operation of Tuber lines including change-overs, machine start-up, running and shut-down.Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety.
