What You'll Be Doing Day to DayLeading a crew through landscape installations and property maintenance Setting the standard for quality, pace, and professionalism on every job Communicating clearly with your crew and reporting to company leadership Preparing job sites, tools, and materials and keeping operations running smoothly Identifying and solving problems before they become bigger issues Coaching and developing the people around you Operating and overseeing safe use of equipment This is hands-on leadership. You're in the field, not the office.
