Job Description Foundation Repair and Mold Remediation TechnicianPure Breathing Solutions, Inc., located in Litchfield, Minnesota, is a company specializing in mold remediation, and foundation waterproofing for residential and commercial properties . We are a rapidly growing, specialized company seeking a highly motivated, customer-service oriented individual to fill the role of Remediation/Waterproofing Specialist.Typical work duties include, but are not limited to:Talking with customers and answering questionsPerforming strategic demolition including removing damaged or wet building materials such as carpet pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc.Installation of customized interior waterproofing systemsDetailed HEPA cleaning and wiping down contaminated surfacesSetting up containment, setting up/monitoring remediation equipmentCoordinate responsibilities and tasks with other technicians on the job siteCleaning and maintaining equipment as neededInspect own work and ensure that it is complete, thorough and meets quality standardsClean up work area and account for all tools and equipmentQualified candidates must meet the following requirements:Have an active driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to obtain a DOT medical certificationAbility to work Monday through FridayAbility to lift 80 lbs.Must wear proper personal protective equipmentMust be able to work in all types of conditionsProvide documentation regarding their previous employment and referencesAll successful candidates will also possess:A High School diploma or equivalentThe ability to meet the physical requirements of the positionThe ability to demonstrate a strong customer serviceA positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and great work ethic (reliable/on-time)Maintain appearance and professionalism representative of the Pure Breathing Solutions imageBenefits:Starting at $25 an hourOpportunity for advancementWork incentives, sales commission, and bonusesPaid vacation and holidaysIRA, Health, and Life Insurance PlansPaid trainingMonday through Friday work scheduleContinuing education and training opportunitiesHow to apply:To be considered a candidate for this position, please submit your resume and references via email.This position is full-time with overtime available many weeks.
