Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Membership Representative located in New Berlin, WI. The Membership Representative will provide exceptional customer service, assist new and existing members with account inquiries, promote membership benefits, and support sales efforts to drive membership growth. The role also involves engaging with members to understand their needs, onboarding new members, processing registrations, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include promoting YMCA programs and ensuring all interactions are welcoming and inclusive. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address member inquiries and foster positive relationshipsProficiency in Sales and Negotiation to effectively promote membership benefits and drive enrollmentsExperience in Training and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all membersAbility to work on-site during assigned shifts and manage time efficientlyBasic computer skills for processing registrations and managing membership recordsPrior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
