HR SpecialistVisible local non-profit organization is seeking support of a HR Specialist to assist the HR team with recruiting and onboarding activities. Salary is $50-$56k DOEABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is an established non-profit providing numerous services to the communityWork where you know what you're doing makes a real difference in peoples' lives Contribute with your keen eye for detail as the HR Specialist Location is conveniently close to multiple major highways for quick commuteRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR SPECIALIST:The HR Specialist will spearhead full-cycle recruiting efforts; The HR Specialist will post jobs, review resumes and schedule applicants, and perform reference checksMaintaining the ATS will be a focus of this role, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-dateCoordinate preemployment drug screens and background checksSupport other HR functions, as neededEXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE HR SPECIALIST:The HR Specialist must have experience with all aspects of recruiting and using an ATSA "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for people is a must for this roleExperience with Paycor is a plus but not a mustSalary is $50-$55k DOE. This is an in-office position.
