Microservices DeveloperPay Rate Range: $100 - $118.50/hr. on W2 Mandatory: Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope (FS) polygraph, and CI poly within last 7 yearsPosition Overview:Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies.The Microservices Developer will be responsible for writing Java Spring Boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies; utilizing Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3; building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects; implementing CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, GitLab and GitOps; agile development and delivery of software; communication and collaboration with stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education9 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 7 years of relevant experienceActive TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope (FS) polygraph, and CI poly within last 7 yearsRequired Skills:Writing Java Spring Boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologiesUtilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objectsImplement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, GitLab and GitOpsAgile development and delivery of softwareCommunicate and collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholdersDesired Skills (2 of the following preferred):Java, Spring Boot or PythonJSON SchemaMicroservice architecturesCI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, GitLab and GitOps; Kubernetes, Docker, AnsibleDatabase: NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema DesignOAuth/OIDC implementation experienceTest frameworks and automation to include Cypress and Cucumber
