Free to be your authentic self.Family oriented with a family atmosphere.We embrace innovation and collaboration.Production Associate Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInspect work for defects and measure pieces to determine the accuracy of the machine operation, using rules, templates or other measuring instrumentsRead drawings or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructionsUse drills, grinders, Plasma cutting tool and holding devices using templates, measuring instruments and hand toolsEnsure work area is clean and safety standards are followedRead work orders for materials needed (chain and parts)Assemble and package work orders as specifiedEnsure lengths, quantities and spacing is correct per orderMaintain a clean working environment free of debris and hazardsUnderstand and implement the company’s quality policy to ensure quality objectives are metMust be able to work with automated machinery and the ability to troubleshoot Must be able to use basic hand tools properly to ensure safetyKnowledge, Experience, AptitudeTOOLS & EQUIPMENT Hammerkniveswrenchpliers machines for cutting and the like (Grinder, Plasma Cutter, Pneumatic pusher)ForkliftPay: $19 per hour to startBenefitsCompetitive salaryFlexible hoursHealth, dental and vision insurance401(k)Profit sharing planSTD, LTD and life insuranceGenerous PTO policy and paid holidays Requirements1 year experience in a warehouse environmentForklift Experience Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalentWilling and able to work weekends as neededAble to complete a pre-employment basic math skills testAble to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screenAble to write and understand English
