You will:Serve as a working floor supervisor, engaging in the construction and fitting of components while leading all aspects of daily work activities and team performanceSupervise and direct employees on the floor to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are metInstall all building components including HVAC units, windows, and doorsRead and interpret prints and bills of materials to ensure detailed executionFinish the necessary paperwork and confirm all parts are shipped with the buildingOperate forklifts, overhead cranes, and man lifts safelyLoad and unload building materials with precisionCollaborate effectively with team members and work independently as neededAdapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with easeYou HavePrior experience supervising or leading employees in a hands-on work environmentA proven background in construction or related fieldExperience with assembly and installation tasksProficiency in reading blueprints and handling construction toolsThe ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of the job, including working in various weather conditions, lifting, pulling and moving heavy material, standing for long periods of time.We HaveA dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every daynVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
