Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assess the quality of customer support interactions and internal processes
Develop and implement quality assurance programs and participate in case analysis for issue resolution
Collaborate with teams to design training programs and maintain documentation for continuous improvementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of work experience in Healthcare
1+ years in technology operations with a cross-functional mindset
Six Sigma Yellow Belt or ITIL certification preferred
Demonstrated flexibility and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment
