Lake Effect Snow Removal is looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working snowplow operators and laborers to join our team. We are a family-owned business in Milwaukee, WI. We are a small business that values its employees and prides ourselves on providing the best working environment possible. Our goal is to provide the community with hard-working, friendly, safe, and efficient snow removal services. We specialize in commercial and industrial snow removal. Skills: Snow Plowing Experience (Preferred) Hand shoveling and snow blower use Strong Customer Service Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to drive a company vehicle Ability to operate heavy equipment such as trucks, skidsteer units, and other equipment Valid driver’s license (Required) Responsibilities: Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently in all weather conditions including extreme cold. Snow Plowing experience is preferred. Safely operate equipment in all weather conditions including extreme cold. Snow Removal experience is preferred. Perform all job duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state regulations. Safety first mentality at all times, including wearing appropriate protective clothing and following safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
